Every aspect of Vision Norfolk’s work is centred around the individual and our team takes pride in providing the best quality of care for both their physical and mental health. Every member of staff is fully trained and our onsite home manager is available at all times to ensure each resident is supported to live a fulfilled life with visual impairment.
Our in-house activity co-ordinator works with each resident to form a plan of activities they would like to participate in or work towards. Residents regularly attend football matches, visit the theatre or enjoy a day at the seaside. At Thomas Tawell House, residents can spend time watching movies, creating crafts or just relaxing and catching up over a cup of tea.
The wishes of all our residents is equally important to us and wherever possible we provide support to achieve these. Physically, mentally and spiritually, we strive to ensure that every day is fulfilling for each of our residents.
